With extensive experience in clinical administration and intake coordination, Danielle honed her skills in conducting comprehensive consultations, maintaining professional boundaries, and collaborating on treating planning for children, youths, and families. Her volunteer work as a crisis line support worker has further developed her expertise in crisis intervention, safety planning, and providing empathetic support and resources that accommodates diverse and complex individual needs. Danielle is dedicated to supporting her client’s well-being and success by creating a vibrant environment that delivers exemplary care and enhances their quality of life.

Life Outside of Sessions:

I have a passion for baking, even though I am still honing my skills. I strongly advocate for mind-body connection and actively engage activities such as strength training and walking. I am hard of hearing and a dedicated advocate of the Deaf community.

Sometimes we can feel stuck in patterns which feel beyond our control. We react and feel discouraged by circumstances we repeatedly find ourselves in and it seems there is nothing that works, nothing gets better, no one understands.

I utilize a trauma-informed, long-term perspective using methodologies such as Schema therapy to uncover the root causes that perpetuate damaging patterns. Sessions look at embracing challenges as opportunities for learning while understanding the factors that have contributed to our behavior, challenging unhelpful beliefs, and committing to change.

In addition, he was able to get experience in the clinical setting at the Family Psychology Centre in Toronto as an administrative assistant, where his work ranged from paperwork to moderating an EFT workshop. Jonathan’s education at York University, and now, Yorkville University have equipped him with the theoretical knowledge that will underpin his work, in sessions.

Additionally, she has gained valuable experience working with individuals dealing with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Her work in these areas has involved conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges, as well as creating a safe and supportive environment to help them navigate their healing journey. She is deeply committed to providing a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic process, empowering clients to overcome obstacles and build a stronger sense of well-being.
